STAC-J, together with the Tokyo International Exchange Center JASSO (TIEC JASSO) will hold a forum featuring presentations from Filipino graduate students and foreign students residing in TIEC on Sept. 24, 2011. It will be held at TIEC, Odaiba.
This forum particularly aims to promote science and technology research, strengthen international relations and establish wide networks, giving emphasis to the importance of science and technology in furthering globalization and sustainable development. Experts from various fields of science and technology will share their contributions to their respective fields and after which everyone will have the chance to network while enjoying Filipino cuisine and refreshments.
Admission is free. Doors will open at 12:30 PM. The organizers will offer simultaneous interpretation from Japanese to English and vice versa during the event.
